Casenoter Search – Libraries

A User can conduct a Casenoter Search on the Libraries screen for Content contained in:- 1. My Library 2. A Group Library 3. The Global Library.

  1. A User can conduct a Casenoter Search on the Libraries screen for Content contained in:-
    1. My Library
    2. A Group Library
    3. The Global Library.
  2. A Library Search is a Search of all Casenoter Content – Case Extracts, Saved Searches, Case Links, WorkPads and WorkDocs – contained in all the Libraries.
  3. My Library contains all Content:-
    1. Case Extracts
    2. Case Links
    3. Saved Searches.
    4. WorkPads
    5. WorkDocs
  4. The Global Library and a Group Library only contain the following Content:-
    1. Case Extracts
    2. Case Links
    3. Saved Searches.
  5. A Casenoter Search searches all of the Content Attributes:-
    1. Name of the Content
    2. Description of the Content
    3. Keywords created by the User relevant to the Content
    4. Areas of Law, Legal Topics and Keywords selected by the User from the Casenoter Topic Tree.
    5. Comments made by the User.
  6. In conducting a Library Search if the User has used a Keyword from the Topic Tree to apply to their Search then the related Topic Tree Branch is shown. The User is then able to select the Topic Tree Branch to Browse for Content matching the Topic Tree Branch
