Global Library

  1. The Global Library contains Content which has been made Global by the Creator of the Content.
  2. All Content which has been added to the Global Library is visible by all Users of Casenoter.
  3. The Global Library only contains the following Content:-
    1. Case Extracts
    2. Case Links
    3. Saved Searches.
  4. The Global Library does not contain:-
    1. WorkPads
    2. WorkDocs
  5. The following Attributes are visible on Content in the Global Library:-
    1. Name of the Content
    2. Description of the Content
    3. Keywords added by a User
    4. Topic Tree Branches – Areas of Law, Legal Topics and Keywords – added by a User.
  6. Comments made by a User are not visible on Content in the Global Library.
  7. The Creator of Content which is in the Global Library can edit the following Content Attributes:-
    1. Name of the Content
    2. Description of the Content
  8. Other Users can not edit Content Attributes.
  9. Other Users – including the Creator – can add the following Content Attributes to any Content in the Global Library:-
    1. Keywords
    2. Topic Tree Branches – Areas of Law, Legal Topics and Keywords.
  10. Other Users – including the Creator – can not delete Content in the Global Library. The Creator can remove their name as the Creator of the Content if they wish to no longer be associated with the Content.
