- A Group Library is a library created within Casenoter for a specific Group of Users.
- A Group Library is managed by the Library Owner.
- The Name of the Library Owner is visible on the Group Library.
- A Library Owner can invite any User to be a Library Member.
- A Library Member cannot see a list of other Members of the Group Library.
- A Library Member can see the Creator names on Content shared to the Group Library
- A Library Member can only be a Member of one Group Library.
- A Group Library Member can add Content to the Group Library.
- The Group Library only contains the following Content:-
- Case Extracts
- Case Links
- Saved Searches.
- The Group Library does not contain:-
- WorkPads
- WorkDocs
- All Content added by a Library Member is visible by all Library Members.
- Once a User adds Content to a Group Library, the Content cannot be deleted by the Creator of the Content. The Creator can, however, remove their name as the Creator of the Content.
- The Content Attributes – Name and Description – of Content shared to the Group Library can only be edited by the Creator of the Content.
- Library Members can add Keywords and Topic Tree Branches to any Content in the Group Library.
- A Library Member can add Content shared by Library Members to the User’s own My Library.
