Group Library – Sharing Content

Date

  1. A Group Library is a library created within Casenoter for a specific Group of Users.
  2. A Group Library is managed by the Library Owner.
  3. The Name of the Library Owner is visible on the Group Library.
  4. A Library Owner can invite any User to be a Library Member.
  5. A Library Member cannot see a list of other Members of the Group Library.
  6. A Library Member can see the Creator names on Content shared to the Group Library
  7. A Library Member can only be a Member of one Group Library.
  8. A Group Library Member can add Content to the Group Library.
  9. The Group Library only contains the following Content:-
    1. Case Extracts
    2. Case Links
    3. Saved Searches.
  10. The Group Library does not contain:-
    1. WorkPads
    2. WorkDocs
  11. All Content added by a Library Member is visible by all Library Members.
  12. Once a User adds Content to a Group Library, the Content cannot be deleted by the Creator of the Content. The Creator can, however, remove their name as the Creator of the Content.
  13. The Content Attributes – Name and Description – of Content shared to the Group Library can only be edited by the Creator of the Content.
  14. Library Members can add Keywords and Topic Tree Branches to any Content in the Group Library.
  15. A Library Member can add Content shared by Library Members to the User’s own My Library.
