Group Library

A Group Library is a library created within Casenoter for a specific Group of Users.
  1. A Group Library is a library created within Casenoter for a specific Group of Users.
  2. A Group Library is managed by the Group Library Owner.
  3. A Group Library Owner can invite any User to be a Group Library Member.
  4. A User can only be a Member of one Group Library.
  5. A Group Library Member can add Content to the Group Library which is able to be added to a Group Library.
  6. The Group Library only contains the following Content:-
    1. Case Extracts
    2. Case Links
    3. Saved Searches.
  7. The Group Library does not contain:-
    1. WorkPads
    2. WorkDocs
  8. All Content added by a Group Library Member is visible by all Group Library Members.
  9. Once a User adds Content to a Group Library, the Content cannot be deleted by the Creator of the Content. The Creator can, however, remove their name as the Creator of the Content.
