There are two types of Subscription Plans which are available for purchase:
Monthly Subscription Plan
Annual Subscription Plan
B. Subscription Period
The Subscription Period is the period of the subscription.
For Example, the Subscription Period for a Monthly Subscription is one month, the Subscription Period for an Annual Subscription is one year, the Subscription Period for a Two Year Subscription is two years.
With respect to first-time purchases, the Subscription Period commences at the conclusion of the Trial Period.
C. Registered User
A person who has purchased a Subscription Plan will be required to register on CaseNoter and will become a Registered User and will remain so until their Subscription Plan expires, is cancelled or is suspended.
A person who has been invited to be a Guest Member and accepts the invitation and has registered on CaseNoter becomes a Registered User and will remain so until their Guest Membership expires.
D. Trial Period
First-time purchasers of a CaseNoter Plan receive a bonus 1-month Trial Period at the commencement of the plan.
If you cancel the plan within the Trial Period, no charge will be made to your account.
E. Pricing – Monthly Subscription Plans
The Pricing offered on a Monthly Subscription Plan will remain in effect for the Initial Period of 12 months from the date of the first Subscription Payment in the subscription plan.
Subject to any change in CaseNoter pricing, the Subscription Payment will continue until such time as Subscription Plan is cancelled by you.
F. Pricing – Annual Subscription Plans
The Pricing offered on Annual Subscription Plans will remain in effect for the duration of the Subscription Period.
Subject to any change in CaseNoter pricing, the Subscription Payment for Annual Subscription Plans will continue until such time as Subscription Plan is cancelled by you.
F. Price Changes
The Pricing offered on any CaseNoter Monthly Subscription Plan will remain in effect for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of the first Subscription Payment in the subscription plan.
The Pricing offered on any Annual Subscription Plan will remain in effect for the duration of the Subscription.
CaseNoter reserves the right to increase the price of a Monthly Subscription Plan at any time except during the Initial Period of 12 months from the date of the first Subscription Payment in the subscription plan.
CaseNoter reserves the right to increase the price of an Annual Subscription Plan at any time except during the Subscription Period.
CaseNoter will provide you with notice prior to changing the price of a Subscription Plan.
G. Guest Memberships
A Registered User of CaseNoter will be entitled to issue invitations to persons who are not registered users of CaseNoter.
The number of Guest Invites which a Registered User has available will be at the sole discretion of CaseNoter and may change from time to time.
A person who receives an invitation to be a guest of CaseNoter, and accepts such invitation will become a Guest Member and Registered User of CaseNoter.
The duration of the Guest Membership will be at the sole discretion of CaseNoter and may change from time to time.
A Guest Member of CaseNoter will be required to become a Registered User of CaseNoter and comply with all the Terms and Conditions of Use of the CaseNoter Product.
H. Export & Backup of User Content
CaseNoter provides an export facility for you to Export and Backup your content.
It is your responsibility to maintain copies and backup your content against any possibility of content loss or loss of access.
I. Cancellation
If you cancel your Subscription Plan during the Subscription Period, your Subscription will not be renewed thereafter, however, your subscription will remain active until its next expiry date.
J. Expiration
Unless you renew your Subscription Plan, or you are on a continuing Monthly and Annual Subscription your Subscription on CaseNoter will come to an end at the end of the Subscription Period, unless you purchase a new Subscription Plan.
K. Non Payment of Subscription Fees
CaseNoter makes allowance for delays in either the banking system or your busy life, so you can rest easy that your CaseNoter service will continue to be available for a limited time even after a payment is missed.
CaseNoter will provide you with notice prior to suspending your account for non-payment of your subscription fees.
L. Suspended Account
In the event you cancel your subscription, or your subscription expires and/or is not renewed, or there is a non-payment of subscription fees, your account will be suspended.
CaseNoter will provide you with notice prior to suspending your account.
CaseNoter reserves the right to deny you access to CaseNoter if your account has been suspended.
CaseNoter will endeavour to preserve your content after your account has been suspended, however, CaseNoter reserves the right to delete any or all of your content.
CaseNoter is not able to assist with the export of your content from a Suspended Account.
M. Refunds
CaseNoter subscriptions aren’t refundable. In other words, if you cancel your Subscription Plan during the Subscription Period, then you will not receive a pro-rata refund for the balance of your unused Subscription Period.
N. Customer Support Policy
Support is available from other CaseNoter Users on the CaseNoter Community Forum and from CaseNoter Support Staff through the support@casenoter.com email.
If you request advice from other members on the CaseNoter Forum or CaseNoter Support Staff relating to a problem that is perceived to be related to the CaseNoter service or software, you agree that CaseNoter is not liable for any damage to your equipment, software, or data on your device or online as a result of providing that advice (either directly or through actions taken by you that are attributable to advice provided).
