Matters

Date

Matters can be created by a User to save Content relevant to a client matter.
  1. A User can insert any Content – Case Extracts, Saved Searches, Case Links, WorkPads, WorkDocs – into a Matters.
  2. A User can apply descriptive Attributes to all Matters
  3. Attributes which can applied by the User to a Matters consists of the following:-
    1. Name of the Matter
    2. Description of the Matter
  4. The User can Link the Matter:-
    1. to a Binder
    2. to a Category of Matter
  5. The User can Duplicate the Matter if they wish to create a new Matter with the same Attributes.
  6. The User can Download the Matter to a Word Format for external use.
  7. The User can assign the Matter as “Active” or “Inactive”
  8. The User can add a Flag to the Matter.
  9. The User can add Comments to the Matter.
  10. A User can Share a Matter with another User within the Casenoter Community.
  11. A User can invite a Guest to be a member of the Casenoter Community to Share the Matter.
