USER GUIDE

  1. The WorkDoc can be in any format, such as PDF or Jpeg.
  2. A WorkDoc has the following Attributes allocated to it by the User: –
    1. Name of the WorkDoc
    2. Description of the WorkDoc
    3. Keywords created by the User relevant to the WorkDoc
    4. Areas of Law, Legal Topics and Keywords selected by the User from the Casenoter Topic Tree.
    5. Comments made by the User.
    6. Casenoter Tags (“Casenoter-defined”) assignable by the User as “Action Required” and “New Content”
    7. User-defined Tags
  3. The User can Link the WorkDoc:-
    1. to a Binder
    2. to a Matter
    3. to a WorkPad
  4. The User can duplicate the WorkDoc if they wish to create a new WorkDoc with the same Attributes.
  5. The User can download the WorkDoc to a Word Format for external use.
  6. The User can add Keywords created by the User relevant to the WorkDoc and add Areas of Law, Legal Topics and Keywords selected by the User from the Casenoter Topic Tree.
  7. The User can add Comments to the WorkDoc.
  8. The User can assign the WorkDoc as “Action Required” and “New Content”
  9. The User can add their own defined Tags to the WorkDoc.
